Sewing help

Everything you need to move confidently from download to finished garment.

01

Before you buy

Each pattern page lists its difficulty, size range, recommended fabrics, and included file formats. Check these details before purchasing so the project and printing options suit you.

02

Choosing your size

Compare your current body measurements with the size chart supplied for the pattern. Choose from the measurement most important to the garment, then blend between sizes if needed. Pattern-specific ease and finished measurements should guide the final decision.

Printing your pattern

Open the PDF in a dedicated PDF reader and print at 100% or “actual size.” Do not use “fit to page.” Print the test page first and measure the calibration square before printing the remaining pages. Use the combined A4 and US Letter PDF, A0 PDF, or projector file when that format is listed on the pattern page. Check the included printing instructions before printing or sending a large-format file to a copy shop.

Your downloads

After payment is confirmed, sign in and open My Patterns. The current release and its available formats are kept there for secure access. If a file does not appear after confirmation, contact us with your order number.
