1. Operator and acceptance

This website is operated by ФОП Олена Святенко under the SVYATENKO trading name. By using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Rules governing purchases are set out in the Terms of Sale.

2. Accounts and website security

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised account use. You must not interfere with the website, bypass security, attempt to access another person’s account or protected files, introduce malicious code, or use the website unlawfully.

3. Intellectual property and permitted use

Copyright in patterns, photographs, text, images and other website materials remains with the applicable rights holder. You may view the public website for lawful personal purposes and use purchased files only under the licence in the Terms of Sale.

You must not copy or distribute website materials, publish photographs from the website without permission, or resell, share, publish, publicly upload or distribute purchased digital files, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

4. Availability and liability

We may perform maintenance and take reasonable measures to protect the website. Continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SVYATENKO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from misuse of the website or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

5. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine without depriving foreign consumers of mandatory protections that cannot be excluded by agreement under applicable law.
