Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal Information
Right of withdrawal
You generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right, send a clear statement of your decision to Valentyna Sviatenko, SVYATENKO, Dreyerstr. 7, 30169 Hannover, Germany, or by email to hello@svyatenkopatterns.com. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form, but it is not mandatory.
It is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will use the same means of payment and will not incur fees.
Expiry for immediately supplied digital content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires when supply begins only if you expressly consented to supply beginning before the withdrawal period ended, acknowledged that this causes the right to be lost, and received the required contractual confirmation.
Before proceeding to payment, the customer must actively select a separate, unchecked box expressly requesting immediate supply after payment confirmation and acknowledging that the right of withdrawal is lost when supply begins, to the extent permitted by law. The wording accepted by the customer, the language, time and related order are recorded. The order and paid-invoice emails confirm this consent and acknowledgement; they also reproduce the Terms of Sale and this Withdrawal Information so that the customer can retain them.
